Duty of Care requirements are described on the GOV.UK website.

We encourage all our customers to conduct Duty of Care audits on our facilities. Visitors can view the full waste processing process from start to finish and view documentation, procedures, statements, policies etc. We understand the requirements for waste data flow and willingly work with our customers to supply the required information.
